GNU Fortran Port

Unique Perspective

ROCETS is generally used in conjunction with Visual Studio and the Intel Visual Fortran Compiler. By porting to GNU Fortran*, I have gained deep insight into the underlying workings of ROCETS while providing for unmatched customization and capability. *GNU Fortran is part of the GNU Compiler Collection (GCC).

ALPHA ENGINE

Firefly Alpha

End to End Model

Modeled the entirety of both stages of the Alpha Launch vehicle from the pressurization source to combustion and thrust generation. These models included heat transfer, valve controls, transients, and interaction with GN&C simulations.

Marshall Space Flight Center

MSFC continues to develop and support ROCETS as the fastest, most-capable fluid network tool in the industry.  It is provided to U.S. Persons free of charge upon request.

Firefly Space Systems

As an early and enduring engineering at Firefly, I used ROCETS to produce countless fluid network models including an end-to-end propulsion and pressurization system model for both stages of the launch vehicle.
